Data Deletion Instructions

1. Your Right to Erasure

At Quarec Resources Pvt. Ltd. ("WabaCloud"), we respect your privacy and give you full control over your personal data. In compliance with Meta Platforms, Inc. developer policies, as well as global privacy regulations like GDPR and CCPA, you have the right to request the complete deletion of your user account and all associated personal data from our servers.

2. How to Request Data Deletion

You can request the deletion of your data through two methods:

Method A: Automated Deletion (Via Dashboard)

1. Log in to your WabaCloud Account Dashboard at app.wabacloud.io.
2. Navigate to Settings > Account Management.
3. Scroll to the bottom and click the red Delete Account button.
4. Follow the on-screen prompts to confirm. Your data will be scheduled for permanent deletion.

Method B: Manual Request (Via Email)

1. Send an email to our Data Protection Officer at hi@wabacloud.io.
2. Use the subject line: "Data Deletion Request - [Your Company Name]".
3. Provide the email address associated with your WabaCloud account.
4. Our support team will process your request and provide a confirmation email within 72 hours.

3. What Data Gets Deleted?

Upon verifying your request, we will permanently erase the following from our active databases and third-party processors (such as AWS/GCP):

• Your personal profile information (name, email, phone numbers).
• Your WhatsApp Business API access tokens and integration keys.
• All imported contacts, customer data, and segmentation lists.
• All chat histories, templates, and broadcast logs stored on WabaCloud.

4. Data Retention Exceptions

Please note that while your active user data will be purged, certain information may be retained strictly for legal and compliance purposes:

• Billing Records: Financial transaction history (invoices, receipts) processed via Stripe/Razorpay will be retained for up to 7 years to comply with local tax and accounting laws.
• Security Logs: Anonymized server access logs may be retained for up to 90 days for security auditing and fraud prevention.
• System Backups: Your deleted data may remain in our encrypted, offline system backups for up to 30 days before being automatically overwritten.
